At FOUNDATIONS, we offer a variety of classes and resources designed to equip you with the knowledge to become your own best advocate for your reproductive health. From one-on-one consultations to group courses and workshops, I believe in a personalized approach—ensuring your reproductive health education is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Want to explore your hormonal and non-hormonal birth control options? Join our group course, Birth Control Basics, on May 6th, or book a private consultation to create a birth control plan!

We support clients at every stage of their fertility journey, whether they’re planning to conceive in the near future or have been trying for years. We create personalized conception plans, provide educational resources, and offer referrals when needed to help you navigate your path to parenthood.
Symptothermal Fertility Awareness Method

Interested in tracking your cycle for contraception, to aid in conception and or as a window into your overall health? Join our Fertility Foundations class series starting on May 13th or book a private consult package.
Perimenopause & Menopause Support

Approaching perimenopause and wanting to learn more about how to best support your body during this transition? We work with clients to provide education on hormonal changes and what to expect in the coming years.

We always begin with a free 30-minute consultation. During this session, we discuss your reproductive health goals and explore how our services can support you.

Step 2: Personalized Support & Education

Next, you choose the service that best suits your needs—whether it's private one-on-one consulting, an educational group class series, or a workshop. No matter which path you take, you can expect:

Step 3: Ongoing Guidance & Follow-Up

Education doesn’t end after the first session. As you implement your plan, follow-up consults provide continued support, answer your questions, and offer additional resources to deepen your understanding.
